Las Vegas

WoW! What a neat place! Very hot! It was in the mid 100’s the whole time, but not like the Washington DC area where the humidity & air quality is horrid. It was very dry. Kinda like being in a sauna. Everywhere, however, was air-conditioned and that made it tolerable.
Last time I was there, was in the late fall of 1997.
I went there for a furniture convention, the beginning of August 2010. The convention, alone, was amazing! Every single vendor you can think of was there. There were 3 tall buildings, about 16 floors each, and a courtyard between the three (video of it, below).
A friend of the family lives there and he showed me & mumzee around. We saw lots of stuff and ate at very famous places.
After mumzee left, I spent the day with Yahtzee in Vegas. He still had to work, but we did some gambling and sight seeing in between. He runs a rent-a-cop outfit. It was very interesting to see how it works.
The following video was all captured with my Nextel ic902 phone (old-skool, I know). The 1st half is at The Market and the 2nd half is on Fremont Street in old-town Las Vegas.
