Vicki L. Flaherty is an industrial/organizational psychologist dedicated to helping people succeed. Currently she works for IBM where she empowers individuals to express their full potential and bring their best to their work--through leadership, mentoring, coaching, and other talent programs. She is an avid runner, enjoys yoga and gardening, and loves to travel with her husband Jim. She lives in Iowa.
